  • The remaining payment must be made directly to the technician as per the rate card.
  • Payments should be made via cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, or other accepted payment methods.
  • Do not pay any extra charges beyond the given rate card. The company is not responsible for additional payments taken by any technician.

3. Service & Warranty Policy
  • We strive to connect customers with verified and experienced technicians for high-quality service.
  • Any product replacements are subject to market availability and will be confirmed before installation.
  • We provide a limited service warranty, depending on the type of service availed.
  • Customers must check and verify the service before making the full payment.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Booking cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • The booking amount is non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
  • If a service cannot be provided due to unforeseen reasons, we will reschedule or provide a refund at our discretion.

5. Technician Conduct & Complaints
  • If any technician demands additional payment on behalf of the company, report immediately to our support team.
  • Customers should not engage in cash transactions outside the agreed-upon rate card.
  • Any service complaints must be reported within 24 hours of completion.

  • We collect customer data only for service booking and communication purposes.
  • Personal information is kept confidential and not shared with third parties without consent.
